This is just my opinion on KeiMion and KeiRena. I love the first one. I think that Mion's crush on Keiichi was too adorable. And I was fangirling so hard on that scene where Kei gave her a doll 
KeiRena...? No. Just... no. Their friendship is awesome and I support it with all my heart. But I say "no" to romantic love between them. That scene where Rena confessed her love for Keiichi was in fact - very sad for me. I bet Rena knew about Mion's feelings toward Keiichi since they were like... best friends. And she did that when Mion was right behind them
Good thing is that Mion probably didn't hear it.
